After my first Leadership Lecture Series class, I went to the park to meet with my kindergarten friend, Amanda, and our friend Alli for Amanda's birthday. During our first LLS class, we played a networking game of everyone holding hands and passing hula hoops around everyone's body and me and this guy went through the hula hoop together each time, it was epic. It was the first time I went to critter country since the internship started...so naturally, we get into the line for splash mountain. As it was Amanda's birthday and I was a cast member, it seemed that the Disney gods were smiling upon us (probably because I give a cast member essence - people always ask me for directions, questions, or to take their pictures and such when I'm off duty and playing in the park, they spot me in a crowd and part the seas to get to me) and we got to go in the second line that just opened up and literally hopped right onto a log for the ride. I sat in the front, Alli next, and then Amanda...we got drenched...even the little hills seemed to think that they were the big splash mountain and were supposed to get us wet. After splash, we visited Tigger and Pooh, and then went on the train with this adorable little girl, Maddy, who said, "Oh my gosh! We're going on a choo choo!!! AREYOUASEXCITEDASME?"
All in all it was a good day, full of rides, fun, laughter, and joyous

birthday celebration. Susan came after work and we went on tower of terror and screaming before the girls split from us with their World of Color fastpass tickets. Susan and I went on the boardwalk and rode the new Silly Symphony Swings, as well as Mulholland Madness. Such a wonderful thing to be with Susan so much more now since we're so close together!
